Many reporting agencies offer a “National Report”, but only in the fine print or by error reporting do you find that those reports have missed the mark. We are familiar with those issues, and others, but with diligence our background information is compiled building block by building block by our risk management team. Some of the reports we offer are as follows:
- Statewide Criminal Search
- Report obtained directly from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) records. This report contains the OSBI Stamp that is required by law for certain industries.
- Multi-State Criminal Search
- Search report includes all states EXCEPT Colorado, Delaware, Louisiana, Massachusetts, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming. This information compiles criminal data from databases nationwide that encompasses several State Agencies. However, “some” of the records obtained from these agencies DO NOT include all counties within a state that might be included on your report. This parameter of search is suggested for those individuals that may have a history involving the residency of other states. However, a Statewide Criminal Search is recommended for accuracy on individual states
- National Sexual Offender Search
- This information is obtained and verified through the National Sex Offender Public registry. Search is performed on both name and date of birth.
- Social Security Number Verification
- Confirmation of social security number assigned to first and last name, birth date, gender and nationality by record at the Social Security Administration.
- Social Security Number Trace
- A social trace reveals present and past addresses, employers and aliases. This trace would make you aware of any incongruous applicant information.
- Credit Report
- Consumer Credit Report from Equifax -Beacon Score additional fee of $1.00. A copy of the signed authorization form is required.
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- State Department of Transportation driving record, provided inquiry has a valid license. Response time is approximately 24-72 hours. Special authorization required for some states.
- Workers' Compensation Report
- Reported claims in the state of Oklahoma verified by record at the Workers' Compensation Court House. Available in other states as requested, if state statutes allow - Not all states have open record availability.
